Garlic Rolls

Preparation

  • Combine 1 cup warm milk, yeast, 1.5tsp sugar – let stand 10 mins

  • Add 3 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 large egg, 0.5 tsp salt

  • Add 3 cups flour and kneed 10 mins

  • Place dough in covered oiled bowl for 1-1.5 hrs – until tripled in size

  • Divide into 16 parts
    Roll into balls

  • Place in buttered 9×13 pan, 1 inch apart

  • Let rise for 30 minutes

  • Brush with beat egg

  • Bake 20-25 (until golden brown)

  • Brush with butter/garlic butter and parsley

  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 egg large
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 3 cups bread flour or all purpose flour
  • 1 egg for brushing
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
