Preparation
Combine 1 cup warm milk, yeast, 1.5tsp sugar – let stand 10 mins
Add 3 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 large egg, 0.5 tsp salt
Add 3 cups flour and kneed 10 mins
Place dough in covered oiled bowl for 1-1.5 hrs – until tripled in size
Divide into 16 parts
Roll into ballsPlace in buttered 9×13 pan, 1 inch apart
Let rise for 30 minutes
Brush with beat egg
Bake 20-25 (until golden brown)
Brush with butter/garlic butter and parsley

- 1 clove garlic
