Preparation
Combine ¾ cup milk and 2 tbs white vinegar
Combine 1 cup flour, 2 tbs sugar, 1tps baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda, and ½ tsp salt into bowl.
Whisk 1 egg and 2 tbps melted butter into soured milk.
Pour flour mixture into milk mixture and whisk until lumps are gone.
Pour mix into pan. Flip when bubbles form. Remove when cooked.
